Get the installer
Mac / Linux:
curl -fsSL https://openclaw.ai/install.sh | bash
Windows:
iwr -useb https://openclaw.ai/install.ps1 | iex

Launch the app
Open Terminal (Mac) or Command Prompt / PowerShell (Windows).
Type openclaw and press Enter.
You will see the OpenClaw logo and a setup wizard.

Connect to your channels
Choose where you want to chat with your lobster:
- WhatsApp - scan QR code
- Feishu / Lark - add the app to your workspace
- Telegram - create bot via BotFather
- Discord - create app and get token
Follow the prompts for your chosen channel.

Adopt your lobster
Give your assistant a name. Pick an emoji. Set a wake word if you want.
Congratulations! Your first AI employee is ready to work.
